It was a well-suited match for a city escape in Gold Coast with value for money. The club area was cozy, with a lovely view overlooking the Cove buffet restaurant, although it could get a bit noisy at times. People should be mindful of reserving sun lounges, as it creates issues for others hoping to use them later.

The pool closing at sunset made late returns from theme parks impossible for an evening swim!!! Dated room interiors and external features could use a serious makeover!!! Maintenance issues and noise disturbances should be addressed!!!

The lagoon pool was fantastic, a true highlight of

our stay. The stunning surroundings and comfortable lounges made it a peaceful retreat. We were, however, disappointed with the slow service at the bar during peak hours, which detracted from the overall experience.

Consider requesting more pillows for added comfort during your stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The resort's dining options at the Marine Village were great, and playing golf at The Pines while spotting kangaroos was a highlight. Staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay feel personalized. The beautiful grounds and access to diverse entertainment options kept everyone engaged.

However, the bathroom facilities at the Pool House were below expectations, lacking the level of service we hoped for.

Wonderful room, delightful dining, the lagoon pool provided an idyllic setting for relaxation with plenty of sun loungers and a well-stocked bar, making it easy to unwind during our stay.

The lagoon pool area was a highlight, providing a delightful space for the kids, complete with sand toys and cabanas. Staff were genuinely attentive, especially at the cafe, ensuring we found safe food options for our children’s allergies. However, our room had a musty smell and dated furnishings that could use an upgrade. The noise from pool maintenance during peak hours also detracted from our experience.

The resort's lovely lagoon area made me feel like I was vacationing in a tropical paradise, complete with comfortable lounges and beautiful surroundings. I appreciated how the layout made everything easy to access, even for us seniors.

More comfortable seating in dining areas would help.
